William “Bill” T. Winks, 63, of Phoenix, passed away on Monday. He was a self-employed carpenter and a jack of all trades. Bill was a great family man that loved his wife and family. He is survived by his wife, Debra L. Winks; his two daughters, Corinna (Shawn) Warren, and Amanda (Dannel) Cole; his three sons, Guy (Sandy) Hemingway, Albert (Kristen) Hemingway and William (Holly) Winks Jr.; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
