Theodore Chandler, 86, of the Syracuse area passed away Thursday. Theodore was born in Germany and has lived in the United States for most of his life. He retired, after 20 years of service, with the US Air Force, and volunteered at the VA Medical Center for over 25 years. He leaves behind several close friends. Services will be held Saturday, Dec. 5th, at 11 am at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse. Burial will be private in the Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery. Contributions: CNY SPCA.
