Sophia “Sally” T. Grazul

Sophia “Sally” T. Grazul, daughter of Anthony Wisinski and Jane Milek, passed away peacefully at the age of 101 on October 7, 2022 in Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. Sally was born March 18, 1921 in Syracuse, NY and lived in Brewerton most of her adult life.
Sally was predeceased by her husband of 38 years, Chester H. Grazul, her sister Eleanor Horner, her brother Henry Wisinski, grandson Steven, daughter-in-law Monica, and grand daughter-in-law Nichole.
She is survived by her two sons, Carl and Ronald Grazul, grandsons Kevin, Derek (Robert), Richard (Ana Paula Fontes), granddaughter Diane Petrilli (Christian), great-grandchildren Jessica and Apollo, daughters-in-law Charlene and Linda, and nieces and nephews.
Sally retired from General Electric after 30 years of service. She loved to spoil her grand and great grandchildren, and keep her yard meticulously manicured with perfectly cut grass and beautiful gardens. Sally was an accomplished competitive bowler and enjoyed traveling after retirement. Whatever the event, she was freshly coiffed and dressed in the latest fashion. Sophia will be interred at Pine Plains Cemetery in Clay, NY, beside her husband Chester, in a ceremony on October 24, 2022 at 11:30 am.
