Shirley (Neider) Roe Bolster, 97, of Syracuse passed away Sunday. She retired from General Electric and enjoyed cooking, baking, knitting, and feeding all cats and dogs that didn’t belong to her. Shirley was predeceased by her first husband, Raymond Roe in 1976 and her second husband, Donlad Bolster in 2013; her parents, Clarence Neider and Bertha Farrante; her sister, Sylvia Filippi; and her brother, Richard Neider. She is survived by her three sons, James Roe of Camillus, Larry Roe Sr. of Tennesee, and Scott (Lisa) Roe of Colorado; her daughter, Sandra Roe of North Syracuse; her 9 grandchildren, Larry Roe Jr, Shannon Roe, Heather Roe, Marc Roe, Kristin Roe, Kelli Roe, Ashley Dunker, Heather Brown and Austin Brown; her 4 great- grandchildren, Dylan Roe, Lexi Roe, Skylar Roe and Jordana Roe. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart church, 8229 Brewerton Road, Cicero on Monday at 11 AM. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Dewitt, New York.
