Samuel J. Belmont, 65, of North Syracuse passed away on Tuesday. Sam was formerly employed with Midstate Spring and General Electric for several years. Survivors include his wife, of 45 years, the former Evelyn Cooper; his sons, Joseph and Anthony; his grandchildren, Dominic and Emmery and his sister, Carol (David) Binsley. Calling hours will be Monday, Apr. 1st, at St. Daniel Church, 3004 Court Street, Syracuse, from 10:30 am to noon. A Mass will follow at 12:10 pm at the church. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
