Roselen Anne Phillips, 62, of Eastwood passed away peacefully on Tuesday surrounded by family. She was employed as a Housekeeper for Parkrose Estates. Roselen is survived by her children, Gary, Traci, and Martin (Beth); her mother, Arlene Bolich; her sister, Darlene (Ben); her brothers, Rob (Heather) and David and her loving grandchildren. Calling hours will be held on Thursday at 3 to 6 pm. at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc. 1604 Grant Blvd. with services to follow.
