Oscar I. Criollo Chugchilan, 16, of Syracuse passed away on Sunday. Oscar was born in Ecuador, and was a graduate of Nottingham High School. Calling hours will be Wednesday, Aug. 17th, at All Saints Church, 1340 Lancaster Ave., Syracuse, from 10 to 11:30 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 am, and burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
