Norman C. Trachsel, 79, of Syracuse, passed away on Friday, March 8th. He was formerly employed with the City of Syracuse DPW. His wife, Margaret had predeceased him in 2002 and he is survived by his sister, Beverly Seigler of Rome. Burial will be private in Oakwood Cemetery, Syracuse.
