Michael M. Ewaniszyk, 76, of Cicero passed away on Friday, Dec. 21st. Mike retired after over 35 years as an offset press operator, retiring from Hamford & Rose Litho. He was an avid sportsman, who enjoyed bowling and golf, and was a lifetime member of the Pastime Athletic Club. His wife, of 47 years, Wendy had predeceased him in 2009. Survivors include his son, Alex of Cicero; his daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Ewaniszyk and Dan Dautrich of North Carolina; his granddaughter, Caitlin Ewaniszyk of Syracuse; his sister and brother-in-law, Elizabeth and John Milewski of New Jersey and his nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Wednesday, Jan. 2nd, from 4 to 7 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd. Syracuse and services will follow at 7 pm.
