Lloyd A. Copp, 81, passed away peacefully on Saturday. He was a native and life resident of Syracuse. Lloyd was a 1957 graduate of Eastwood High School. He was employed as an engineer for 33years before retiring in 1995 from the Onondaga County Water Authority. Survivors include his loving wife, the former Karen Cady; his brother, William Copp; several nieces and nephews as well as many special friends. I lost the most valuable person in my life and my one and only love. Lloyd was not only my husband, but he was also my best friend in good times and bad, a kind thoughtful, generous, humorous, hardworking, handsome gentleman. Lloyd and I spent 55 wonderful, exciting years together. My life is left incomplete without him and no one will ever be able to replace him. He will always be remembered and never forgotten. RIP. Services will be at a later date. Contributions may be made in Lloyd’s memory to the Rosamond Gifford Zoo, One Conservation Place Syracuse, New York 13204
