Karon Ann Hall, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully on Christmas Eve, Thursday December 24th 2020, at the age of 76.
Karon was born on March 27th, 1944 to her mother, Olive Bell (Stacey) and father, Harold Bell. She graduated from North High School in 1963. She was married to Claude Haynes, II for 29 years until he preceded her in death in 1995. She was remarried to John Hall for 7 years until he preceded her in death in 2007.
Karon spent much of her life as a stay at home mother raising her children. When her children grew up, she began a career as a bus driver. She worked for A&E Transport and then spent 7 years driving for NYSARC before relocating to Arizona for a time to help care for her sister.
She loved playing bingo, and having large picnics with her family. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren meant the world to her and she always helped others when she could. She absolutely loved elephants. Her face would light up when she saw an elephant and she could spend hours at the zoo watching them.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Edith Murphy on 03/05/2008. She is survived by her children, Lucy (Fred) Roth, Dawn (Scott) Richardson, Claudia Haynes, Claude (Heather) Haynes III, Michelle Haynes, Michael (Kelly) Haynes, and adopted daughter, Lori (Joe) Galvin; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Ericka Wood (Izayiah, Nacole, Cameron), Richard Vieira (Anna-Sophia), Jacob Vieira (Elijah), Aireana Lanier, Amber Williamsen, Nora Richardson, Zackery Richardson, Makenzie Rich (Chayse), Michaela Rich, Robert Craner, Brandon Haynes, Nicholas Haynes, Jaylin Morris, Ja’zhane Lanier, Michael Haynes JR, Joshua Haynes, Jamie Padilla (Thalia, Miguel, Greguise, Alexsandria), Jocelyne Bort (Joseph), Melissa Graetz, and Connor Galvin; and her nieces, Cindy (Lee) White, Kara (Levi) Atwood, and Kelly (Eric) Leonard.
