Justin N. Dougall, 44, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday, April 21st. Justin was born in Syracuse and was a graduate of Henninger High School. He was previously employed with Mountain Valley Water Co. and Duke’s Sales and Service. He enjoyed trips to Alexandria Bay, where he swam like a fish in the St. Lawrence River, along with camping, fishing, boating, and even taking airplane and helicopter rides over the 1000 Island Region. He became an avid reader and mastered the game of Scrabble, finally beating his Dad! Justin will never be forgotten and will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind. Survivors include his father and stepmother, Alvin and Brenda Dougall; his children, Alexis Hernandez and Nathan White; his aunts, Rosalia (Jose) Rivera and Debbie (Phil) Bolduc; his uncle, Harley (Mary) Dougall, and his cousins, Jason, Fabian, Kristin, Jasmyne, Marissa, Isiah, Jeremiah, Aleeyah, Danny, Chad, Johnathan, and Jessica. Services and burial will be private in Woodlawn Cemetery.
