Joey Gilchrist, 59, of Syracuse passed away on Monday. Joey enjoyed camping and was known to be the “life of party”, but would be the first to be awake to clean-up from the aftermath. Survivors include his wife, of 18 years, Donna; his son, Cory Lamoy; four step-children, Denise Seymour and Dennis, Michael and Melissa Northrup; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and his father, John. A private gathering will be held for family and friends.
