Joseph M. Barber Sr., 59, of Syracuse passed away on Monday. He proudly served in Navy from 1979 – 1981. Survivors include his wife, the formerly Kim Jones; his sons, Kenneth Donovan and Joseph Barber Jr.; his sisters, Betty Standard, Annmarie Trimm, Lona Leonard and Sharon Gentry; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Thursday 11am to 1 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd. Syracuse with a service to follow.
