Loretta “Jean” Wadsworth
August 12, 1954 - February 17, 2019
Jean Wadsworth, 64, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday at home. She was born in Des Moines, Iowa and had resided in Syracuse for many years. Jean was formerly employed at Cramers Half Size Shop in Shoppingtown Mall. Despite many years of various health challenges and personal struggles, Jean did not complain. She found solace in reading and spending time with others, especially with her dear friends. With the recent loss of her sight, she enjoyed audio recordings and listening to her favorite TV shows. Survivors include her husband, Lee; her sisters, Mary Ann Lindsley, Barbara Reeve, and Kathi Dellaca; her brothers-in-law, Drew Wadsworth, and Dave Lindsley; sister-in-law, Lynn Reubens, and her many nieces and nephews. A calling hour will be held Friday, Mar. 1st, from 5 to 6 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse, and services will be at 6 pm.
