Jason A. Keeler, 39 of Syracuse passed away Tuesday morning at Francis House after a long illness. Jason resided in Syracuse with his parents. He was a graduate of Henninger High School. Jason was a long-time member and participant of Launch CNY’s (Learning Disability Association) Adult Social group. He loved life and enjoyed telling jokes, traveling, camping and going to the casino. Predeceased family members include his maternal grandfather, Frank Budzielek; his paternal grandparents, Mary Grace and Homer Keeler and his aunt, Patricia Keeler Deckman.
Survivors include his parents, Mark and Vickie (Budzielek) Keeler; his brother, Joshua Keeler; his maternal grandmother, Carmella Budzielek; his uncles, Thomas (Gloria) Keeler and Tracy Budzielek; cousins, Cheryl Deckman Jones, Becky Deckman, Chloe Budzielek, Cindy (Luigi) Cannata, Jeffrey Keeler and Alexander Budzielek as well as several extended family members. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, Sept. 7th, at 10 am in St. Margaret’s Church, 203 Roxboro Rd, Mattydale, NY followed by a gathering to celebrate Jason’s Life from 12 pm to 3:00 pm at the Moyers Corners, Station 2, 7697 Morgan Rd, Liverpool, NY.
