James McCauley 41, passed away unexpectedly at home in the presence of his loving family. James was outspoken, had the biggest heart, compassionate, hard working, and a loving husband, son, and father. James is survived by his wife, Savannah McCauley, and four children,: Anastatia McCauley,(Stephen Raymond) Zemyrah McCauley, Elayna Johnson, De Mon McCauley. James is also survived by his mother, Sheila Williams and two sisters, Diane McCauley(Joshua Irving) and Laura Rich. James was predeceased by his father, James T McCauley along with other family members. James's two nephews were also present when he passed, Jayven Grimes and Jayden Grimes. Alongside all of this family, James left behind several nieces and nephews as well as a granddaughter, Sophia Raymond, uncles and aunts and many cousins. James's services are being held at Carter funeral home located at 1604 Grant blvd Syracuse,NY 13208 on March 24,2023 from 1-3pm.
