On Saturday, December 25th 2021, James Paul Goodrich Jr. passed away at the age of 65. He had a passion for fishing, motorcycles, and his family. He was born in Syracuse, NY on April 26th 1956. He worked in construction, along with his family. He would spend a great deal of time working on his own vehicles. He loved to spend time with his grandchildren. He was very laid back, and enjoyed music and movies. He is survived by his wife, Coleen; by his children, Jim Goodrich (Catherine Goodrich), Amy Fox (Daniel Fox), Amanda Goodrich, Kristin Rodriguez (Victor Rodriguez), Roy Goodrich (Julia Goodrich), Ethel Goodrich; by his grandchildren, Phoenix, Alexandra, Chloe, Samantha, Mya, Lanora, Timmy, and Alex; by his brother, Ross Goodrich, and by his sisters, Ruthann Kelly, Margaret Zollo, and Maryann Willis. James was predeceased by his parents, James Goodrich Sr. and Margaret Dunning, and by his brother, Louis Goodrich.
A gathering to celebrate his life will take place Thursday, December 30th, from 6 to 7 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd. Syracuse, NY 13208. Flowers can be sent to the funeral home.
