Herman C. Klinger,89, passed away on April 11, 2023. He came to the US from Germany as a young man and became a U.S. citizen in 1962.Herman was in the US Army from 1957-59. His hard work and determination gained him a successful 40-year career with Western Union Telegraph Co. where he worked with the Department of Defense on classified communication technology assignments. Herman was a master at fixing anything and enjoyed fishing and golf. He will be missed greatly. Herman is survived by his 3 children, Timothy Klinger, Linda (Jeff) Sparks, and Deborah (Terry) Meissener; his 5 grandchildren, Chelsea, Kaitlin, Terry Jr., Laurel, and Noah. He also leaves behind his girlfriend, Betty Gaver and her two children, Kim and Tammy, as well as their children. Services were private.
