Herman E. Fralick

Herman E. Fralick, 86, of Syracuse passed away on Monday. Herman retired in 1996 from Crouse Hinds, after 40 years of service. He was Army Veteran of the Korean War, and a lifetime member of VFW Post 3146. Survivors include his wife, of 65 years, Dorothy E.; his son Allen E. and his brothers, Ronald, Jerry and Thomas. A calling hour will be held Thursday, Mar. 21st, from 1 to 2 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse.
