Emilio DeCarlo, Jr., 82, formerly of Syracuse passed away Thursday in Sacramento, CA, where he was a resident for many years. He was the son of the late Emilio and Grace (Malvaso) DeCarlo. Survivors include his four children, his sister, Jean (John) Logan, brothers, Richard (Sue) and James (Lois) DeCarlo, sister-in-law, Eleanor Martone-DeCarlo.
