Dorothy B. Jones, 91, of Boca Raton, FL. peacefully passed away on Monday. Living most of her life in Syracuse, she graduated from North High School and worked for Kemper Insurance for more than 20 years before retiring in 1994. Dorothy enjoyed sewing, doing crafts, taking trips with her Kemper friends and the Clay Seniors and spending time with her children, grandchildren & great grandsons. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles E. Jones; her parents, Ethel and Augustus Bittel; her brothers, Allen Bittel and Raymond Bittel. She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Deborah Bell and Nancy Moynihan; her sons, Kenneth (Mary) Jones and Stephen (Patricia) Jones; her sister, Arlene Kenyon; her grandchildren, Mark Moynihan Jr., Casey Moynihan, Andrew DeLattre, Stephen Jones, William Jones and Amanda Jones; her three great-grandsons, Myles, Hunter, and Jaxon. A memorial service will be held at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc. 1604 Grant Blvd. on September 19, at 11a.m. Burial will be private at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Dewitt.
