Debra A. Clifford, 65, of Port Richey, FL, and formerly of Syracuse, passed away peacefully May 3, 2022 at her home, after a brief illness. Debbie was predeceased by her parents, Gloria A. Kiggins and Robert C. Clifford Sr., and by her grandson, Ethan. She is survived by her children, Ashley (Josh) Wilder and Steven Kenneman; by grandsons, Jace and Logan; by her siblings, Robert C. Clifford Jr. (Rorie), Kathleen Malnofski (Lou), Kelly Young (Roger), and by her extended family. Debbie graduated from St. John the Baptist in Syracuse and attended Mt. Ida Jr. College. She recently retired from St. Luke’s Cataract & Laser Institute. Calling hours will be held Thursday, June 2nd , from 4 to 7 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse.
