David L. Reynolds Jr. 52, of Syracuse passed away on Tuesday October 4th. David was a very good tattoo artist and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, David and Val. Survivors include his daughter, Kayla Reynolds; his three sisters, Heidi Palmer, Candie Palmer and Nadine Willey; his brother, Jesse Reynolds; many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 7p.m at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc. 1604 Grant Blvd. Syracuse.
