Cheryl A. Leatz, 58, of Syracuse passed away unexpectedly Thursday at Van Duyn. She was a native and life resident of Syracuse. Cheryl was a Graduate of C.N.S. She obtained her L.P.N. License in 1982 from Central Tech Vocational in Syracuse. Cheryl had worked at Hutchings, St. Camillus, Loretto, Plaza, Medical Registry, St. Joseph’s Hospital in various dept. such as CPEP, ACT Team. She was predeceased by her brother- in -law, John A. Mancini in 2017, her special friends, Dianna L. Zebrowski, in 2008, Marissa Wendt in 2018, her god-mother, Sister Daniella Spina in 2013. Cheryl is survived by Companion, Bruce Clark; her two sisters, Sheila Sales and her husband, TR, Cindy Mancini; her nephews, Justin and Jared Sales; a niece, Daniella Jobson; her god-son, Christopher Miller; her god-daughter, Xio. “They say opposites attract that was with us our devotion to each other was our strength in good and bad times. Myself and all the people you have touch through your life will miss your smile your laugh and those nails. Comfort will come when my time comes knowing I’ll be next to you my Dearest Sunrise and Sunset”. Entombment will be private at the convenience of the family in Woodlawn Cemetery.
