Betty A. Carman, 94, of Syracuse, passed away on January 18, 2019. She was born February 27, 1924 in Detroit, Michigan. Betty was a member of the First United Methodist Church, served as secretary on the church council, and was part of their Boyd-Noble Circle group. She was predeceased by her first husband, of 52 years, Kenneth C. Sedgwick, and by her second husband, Charles Carman. Survivors include her son, Kenneth C. Sedgwick, Jr. of Horseheads, NY; her daughter, Penny Pagano of Syracuse and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date at Carter Funeral Home, Syracuse NY.
