Barbara Stummer, 82, of Syracuse passed away on Tuesday. Calling hours will be Friday, May 17th, from noon to 2 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse and services will immediately follow at 2 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. She was predeceased by her son, William Lawrence and by her husband, Herbert Stummer. Survivors include her daughters, Cynthia (Donald) Jordan, Missy Fletcher and Lisa (Tim) Sitar and her grandchildren, Felicia, Michael, Jason and Jessica and her great-grandchildren.
