Barbara A. Carter, 76, of Bridgeport, NY passed away on Monday. She was a member of the Reformed Church. Barb had been employed at Key Bank as a teller for many years. She enjoyed reading, animals, her home on the lake and her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Robert F. Carter; her daughter, Susan (Robert) Hoffman; her grandchildren, Sarah and Daniel Hoffman; many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Friday 4-7 pm at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc 1604 Grant Blvd. Services will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Barbara’s family would like to express their gratitude for the outstanding care she received at Sunnyside Care Center. Contributions may be made in memory of Barbara to the Syracuse Rescue Mission 155 Gifford St. Syracuse, New York 13202
