Anna Vinney Brand, 96, of Cicero passed away on Friday at Van Duyn Nursing Home. She was a native of Little France, NY and resided in Clay most of her life. Anna worked at the New York Telephone Company. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Brand; her daughter, Susan Lock Ostrowski, and her sisters, Josephine, Laura and Genevieve. Anna is survived by her daughter, Karen Lock Button, her son, Kevin (Barbara) Lock; five grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Burial will be private in Pine Plains Cemetery.
