Angie “Mama” M. Coleman, 97, of Liverpool passed away Sunday. Angie was a dedicated homemaker along with working various jobs with local companies throughout the years. She was a communicant of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. Her husband, of 63 years, William; her infant son and her son-in-law, Fernando Ortiz, Jr. had predeceased her. Survivors include her daughters, Frances Ortiz and Deborah Nichols; her grandchildren, Shana (Paul) Alvare, Michael (Lyndsay) Nichols II, Zachary Nichols, Kylee (Matthew) Aman, William Ortiz and Fernando Ortiz III; her great-grandchildren, Mason, Luke, Savannah, Archer, Colton, Frank and Coleman and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Friday, Oct. 25th, from 4 to 6 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse. Services will be Saturday at 10 am at the funeral home, followed by burial in Assumption Cemetery.
